Privacy Policy

What we collect when you use this website, why, and what we do with it.

Who we are

This website is operated by Sai Ram Developers ("we", "us"). Our contact details are on the Contact page. For any question about this policy, or to ask us to delete your information, use the email address given there.

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry form or a contact form we record the name, mobile number and email address you give us, the project and location you indicate an interest in, and any message you write.

We also record technical information sent automatically by your browser: your IP address, your browser's user-agent string, the page you submitted the form from, the page that referred you to us, and any campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content) present in the link you followed.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry — by phone, WhatsApp or email — and to arrange a site visit if you want one. Technical and campaign information is used to understand which of our advertisements and pages generate genuine enquiries, and to prevent automated abuse of our forms.

Cookies and similar technology

This site sets a session cookie that is necessary for the forms to work and to protect them against cross-site request forgery. It expires when you close your browser.

If analytics or advertising measurement tools (such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or Meta Pixel) are enabled, those services set their own cookies and receive information about your visit under their own privacy policies. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the enquiry forms will continue to work.

Who we share it with

Your details are used by our own sales team. We do not sell your information, and we do not pass it to property brokers, contractors or financiers.

We may share information with service providers who host this website or send email on our behalf, and with our professional advisers, and where we are required to by law.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for as long as we may reasonably need them to deal with your enquiry and any subsequent transaction, and thereafter for the period required by tax and company law. You may ask us to delete your record at any time and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Write to the email address on the Contact page and we will act on it.

Changes

We will update this page if our practices change. The date below shows when it was last revised.

Come and stand on the land.

Pick a morning that suits you. We will meet you at the gate, walk you across the plots, show you the corner pillars and put the papers in front of you — with no obligation to buy anything.
