This website is information, not an offer
Nothing on this website constitutes an offer, an invitation to offer, or a contract. Plot availability, sizes, dimensions, rates, payment stages and amenity details are indicative and may change without notice. A binding arrangement arises only under a written agreement to sell executed between you and Sai Ram Developers, and the terms of that agreement prevail over anything published here.
Images and plans
Photographs, layout illustrations and renderings on this site are for general reference. Placeholder artwork is used where a site photograph has not yet been supplied. Layout plans shown are not to scale. The approved layout plan held at our office is the authoritative document.
Built and planned amenities
Amenities are described on each project page as either built or planned. A planned amenity is one we intend to provide and have not yet built. Planned amenities may change, be relocated, or be withdrawn where an approval, a site condition or a cost makes them impractical.
No representation about value
We make no representation, promise or warranty about the future value of any plot, about rental income, about resale price or about rates of appreciation. No employee or representative of Sai Ram Developers is authorised to give any such assurance, in writing or orally. If anyone does, it is not binding on the company and we would like to know about it.
Verify independently
You are encouraged to inspect the original title documents, the land use conversion order and the approved layout plan, and to have them examined by your own advocate before making any payment. We will make those documents available on request.
Payments
Payments should be made only to the company's bank account by traceable means, against a receipt issued by the company. Do not pay cash to any individual. Stamp duty and registration fees are payable by the purchaser directly to the government and are not included in the plot price.
Intellectual property
The text, layout, artwork and code on this site belong to Sai Ram Developers unless stated otherwise. You may not reproduce them commercially without written permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at [insert jurisdiction].
