The town, honestly described

Vrindavan has roughly 75,000 residents and receives several million visitors a year. It sits about 150 km from Delhi, 8.5 km from the Yamuna Expressway cut at Chhatikara and 68 km from the new airport at Jewar. All of those facts are true at once, and which of them matters most depends entirely on why you are buying.

The annual rhythm surprises most buyers. Kartik brings the largest crowds. Holi in Phalgun brings a different and rowdier crowd. Janmashtami fills every room in town. If you intend to live here rather than visit, plan a trip during one of those and see the town at its busiest.

About the airport, and about anyone quoting you numbers

The phased opening at Jewar is the development everyone in the Mathura land market talks about. What it will do to plot rates here is genuinely uncertain. Anyone who gives you a percentage is guessing.

We will not quote you a figure. We will tell you what is checkable — distances, road works with published tenders, visitor numbers — and let you decide.

Where to start

Come for a morning. Walk the route from the plot to the temple at the hour you would actually walk it. Ask to see the khatauni and the conversion order before you see a brochure. Bring your own lawyer if you have one, and if you do not, we will wait while you find one.

Next step

Come and see Vrindavan for yourself.

Pick a morning that suits you. We will meet you at the gate, walk you across the plots, show you the corner pillars and put the papers in front of you — with no obligation to buy anything.
